President Jeff Orloff has been the heartbeat of SPIRE's evolution. For over a decade, Jeff led SPIRE with absolute dedication, carrying the organization through some of its most challenging moments and seeing them through to their greatest growth.

Jeff recently announced his leave from SPIRE as he pursues a new chapter in his career and hands over the leadership reigns.

“In March of 2010 I was asked to join the SPIRE Team as a consultant, and the journey took off from there. It has been an exciting and fulfilling opportunity, and one that I saw and see as a legacy project that will continue to grow and affect so many people in a very positive manner.

After almost 15 years of service, I feel it is important to let the next generation of our leadership team carry us forward as we continue to grow.”
